We sell men’s jewelry and accessories. Product descriptions, images, sizes, and materials are provided for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product details without prior notice.
Handmade or natural material products may vary slightly from photos.

 

3. Orders & Acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt, but acceptance occurs only when the order is shipped.
We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including: limited stock, pricing errors, fraudulent suspicion, or regulatory restrictions.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD. Taxes, duties, and shipping fees may apply depending on destination.
We accept major payment methods through secure third-party gateways. By submitting payment information, you authorize charges for the full order amount.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure are outside our control.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees payable by the customer.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to hygiene considerations, piercings and worn jewelry are not returnable unless defective or not as described. Other products are subject to our published Return & Refund Policy. (read below.)
To request a return, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Order cancellations are only possible before fulfillment.

 

7. Warranty & Defects

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, notify us within 5 days with proof (photos). We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Normal wear, misuse, and water/chemical damage are not covered.
 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including branding, designs, photos, logos, and product names are the exclusive property of The Archive Istanbul or licensors. Unauthorized copying, resale, or commercial use is prohibited.
 

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

d. distribute harmful code or content

 

10. Third-Party Services

We want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety standards applicable to jewelry and body-contact accessories, certain return limitations apply. However, we are committed to resolving any legitimate issues fairly and transparently.

 

2. Return Eligibility

For hygiene reasons, jewelry items that have been worn, tried on, or removed from their original packaging are generally not eligible for return or exchange, unless one of the following applies:

  • The item is defective

  • The wrong item or variant was delivered

  • The product significantly differs from its description
     

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photo and/or video evidence of the issue

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once your request is approved, we will provide clear return instructions.

 

4. Condition of Approved Returns

Items approved for return must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free from odors or residues

  • Returned in original packaging with all labels and accessories

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
 

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: up to 10 business days after approval

6. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds are generally not available for:

7. Exchanges

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Depending on the situation and stock availability, we may offer:

Our goal is always to provide the most reasonable solution.
 

9. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

10. Lost Shipments

11. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, or discounted more than 45% are non-returnable and non-refundable unless found defective.
